Willamette River Bridgehead Engineering Study (161KB, PDF) - Executive Summary - The primary goal of the Bridgehead Engineering Study is to devise and report on possible operational and physical improvements that would improve traffic conditions and prolong acceptable levels of service on the Marion Street and Center Street Bridges. The study focuses on improvements to the bridge ramps and other streets and facilities in the study area.
